The REWE ring is part of the Terre collection, inspired by my origins, New Caledonia, a small French island located in the Pacific. Each piece is a translation of New Caledonia's culture, spirituality and imagery. It embodies through a small piece of jewelry my island's core values, such as generosity, faith, groundedness and more.
It is a pinky ring, designed to be worn on the phalanx. The ring is made of an elegantly proportioned silver wire and 2 black zircon.
Inspired by the memory of brotherhood and belonging attached to the island and its people I tried to represent this feeling of force and comfort of never feeling alone. REWE means "two" in Kanak dialect (New Caledonia).
