All Naula_studio jewels are hand made in Bali, Indonesia. Most pieces are made to order so please leave up to 3 weeks for your piece to be created as we make it specially for you. If you’re in a rush, don’t worry, just email email@example.com and we will see what we can do. All packages will be dispatched via PosIndonesia or Urshipper with a track & trace code so that you receive your jewelry as safely and quickly as possible.
For all orders made within the European Union a flat shipping rate of 15.00€ will apply. For Indonesia and Singapore, a flat rate of 10.00€. And for all international orders a flat rate of 25.00€ applies. International orders deliveries can take up to 14 business days from dispatch to delivery depending on the destination country. Please note we can’t be held responsible for any delays, damage or loss once the package has left our studio and is transferred to our carrier.

For all orders made within the European Union a flat shipping rate of 18.00€ will apply and a flat rate of 7.90€ within Germany. International orders deliveries can take up to 14 business days from dispatch to delivery depending on the destination country. A flat shipping rate of 38.00€ applies to all International orders.
*Naula_studio x Caudia Lepik collaboration orders will be dispatched by Claudia Lepik from Estonia*. The packages will be dispatched via Estonian Post Omniva with a track & trace code and will also be insured so that you receive your jewelry as safely and quickly as possible. Orders made within the EU have a flat shipping rate of 15€ and delivery is 7-14 days. Domestic orders (Estonia) have a flat shipping rate of 5€ and delivery is 2-5 days. International orders have a flat shipping rate of 30€ and depending on your destination country, it can take from 2 to 6 weeks.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
The customer is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Please note that your order is not inclusive any taxes, duties or charges that may be applied when your package reaches your country. Please make yourself aware of any charges that may apply before purchasing your jewels. Special or express shipping methods can be applied, contact firstname.lastname@example.org for inquiries.
ERROR IN DELIVERY
If Naula_studio delivers an article different from the one ordered, or if the article is damaged or defective, the customer must notify Naula_studio of this within 24hours of receiving the article. Naula_studio shall replace the purchased item. Any damage that occurred during shipping will not be under Naula_studio’s responsibility. The customer is responsible for providing the right address during check out at www.naulastudio.com. In case of wrong address due to the customers fault and the package is returned to Naula_studio, additional shipping costs will be for the customers account.
RETURNS + EXCHANGE
Be mindful while placing your orders as Naula_studio does not accept any returns or exchanges. Only in the case of a defective order, we will do so. (please read the paragraph above « error in delivery » to see our terms for defective items).
Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. Naula studio will only cover shipping costs incurred in returning the product(s) if the return is a result of our error.

We will repair or replace faulty items free of charge within 7 days of purchase. Please contact email@example.com and include in the email your name, order number and a picture of the damage.
If the item has been damaged by the customer there will be a charge for this service. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give a quotation regarding the repair costs. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs.
Naula_studio can cancel any orders and shipping in case of partial payment or failure. And can refuse accepting orders and/or shipping from customers with payment difficulty history.
